Flexible Hours, Work From Home - Casual Property Manager

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to assist in managing a growing portfolio of residential properties on a casual basis with a commitment of 2 days (15 hours) per week – with room to increase as our portfolio grows.

This is a work from home role with a company laptop, phone and car allowance (log book) provided and offers great flexibility with hours, plus the opportunity to take on more hours as the portfolio grows.

Qualifications and experience:
-    Current certificate of registration in Real Estate
-    Driver’s licence and car
-    Minimum 2 years prior experience in a Property Management role 
-    Experience in Console Cloud and Realworks - desirable but not necessary 
-    Possess strong organisational and communication skills 
-    Be capable of working independently and in a home-based office environment
-    Maintain professional presentation

Key responsibilities include: 
-    Handling tenant enquiries including lease agreements, account management including rent collecting, bills and managing arrears 
-    Negotiating and renewing lease agreements
-    Coordinating maintenance and repairs
-    Conducting property inspections including routines, exits and entries 
-    Assisting in managing the tenant screening and application process
-    Compliance management
-    General admin
