Laneway Real Estate Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility
- The referral program is open to individuals aged 18 or older.

Sales Referral Program
- Refer a client who lists their property for sale with Laneway Real Estate.
- Upon the successful sale and settlement of the referred property, you will receive a $2,000 gift card.
- Gift cards will be issued within 14 days of settlement.

Rental Referral Program
- Refer a property owner who lists their property for rent with Laneway Real Estate.
- Upon the first successful lease of the referred property, or if already tenanted, the successful onboarding of the property, you will receive a gift card to the value of the first week's rent, up to a maximum amount of $800.
- Gift cards will be issued within 14 days of the first lease start date or management date. 

Referral Requirements
- Referrals must be submitted via emailing hello@lanewayrealestate.com.au or by phoning Scott (0438 636 646), Renee (0404 010 572) or Jess (0466 106 616)
- The referred client must be a new client and not already listed on our database. 

General Terms
- Each referral must be a new client to Laneway Real Estate.
- Referrers are eligible for one reward per successfully completed referred client transaction.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Limitations
- Laneway Real Estate reserves the right to disqualify referrals that are deemed invalid, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith.
- This program is subject to change or cancellation at the discretion of Laneway Real Estate without prior notice.
